Meet the Team
Danielle DeMarco, LPC
Danielle is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and adults. Danielle has experience in outpatient programs, including group and individual therapy. She currently works with clients who are struggling with a broad range of mental health disorders, including, anxiety, OCD, borderline personality disorder, trauma, self-esteem issues, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder.
Her approach to therapy is person centered, her style of therapy incorporates a Strength-Based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and connecting our physical self and fitness to our overall mental wellbeing.
Her skills include being able to provide compassion while empowering clients to understand and help themselves. She also uses mindfulness-based tools, as well as resources in the community to help clients navigate stressors and create personal growth.
Danielle holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Roger Williams University, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University. Danielle enjoys spending her free time running marathons, being outside, and enjoying time with family and friends.
