Elevate Health and Wellness is one of Connecticut’s most comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment providers — licensed by the CT Department of Public Health at three levels of care: residential treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse services.
Our interdisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and licensed psychotherapists with decades of combined experience treating adolescents and adults across a wide range of conditions — including anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, trauma, ADHD, and substance use disorders involving alcohol, opioids, marijuana, and other substances. What sets us apart is how closely our team works together: your providers communicate regularly with one another, so your care is always coordinated, never siloed.

Elevate Health and Wellness is a fully licensed behavioral health provider offering a true continuum of care for mental health and substance use treatment—from outpatient services to our women’s residential program on the Connecticut shoreline.

Our Services
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for Teens and Adults — In-Person & Virtual
Elevate Health and Wellness offers three distinct IOP tracks, serving teens and adults across Connecticut with flexible, clinically intensive care — without requiring you to put your life on hold. All IOP programs meet 3 hours a day, 3 days per week, and are in-network with most major insurance plans.
Adolescent Mental Health IOP — In-Person | Westport, CT Designed exclusively for teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Treatment integrates CBT, DBT, art therapy, and equine therapy experiences, with family involvement as a core component of care.
Adult Substance Use & Dual Diagnosis IOP — In-Person | Westport, CT Focused on adults working toward sobriety while addressing underlying mental health conditions. Emphasizes relapse prevention, behavioral change, and long-term recovery planning. When clinically appropriate, clients may be evaluated for outpatient detox with medical oversight.
Adult Mental Health IOP — Virtual | Available Statewide Across Connecticut For adults throughout Connecticut managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions — our virtual IOP delivers the same structured, evidence-based group treatment from wherever you are. No commute. No barriers. Just real support, built around your life.
Outpatient Detoxification
Outpatient detox refers to a structured and supervised treatment program designed to assist individuals in safely withdrawing from drugs and alcohol while living at home or in a supportive environment. It is an alternative to inpatient detoxification, which typically requires individuals to stay in a specialized facility for the duration of their detox process. Outpatient detox requires evaluation by our on-site Medical Director and is not appropriate for everyone.
Medication Management
Meet with one of our psychiatrists for an evaluation and to understand your options. Do you think you might be struggling with a mood disorder such as depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder? Are you addicted to a substance that you need some assistance getting off of? Perhaps you’ve had multiple failed attempts at medications and wish to explore something different. Our team is well equipped to work with you in tackling your biggest concerns.

Women's Residential Mental Health Program
Elevate Health and Wellness is proud to introduce a healing environment created exclusively for adult women — a safe, structured, and deeply compassionate residential program located in Clinton, CT. If you or someone you love is struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or a mood or personality disorder, this program was designed with her in mind.
