About Us
Elevate Health and Wellness is a Connecticut-licensed mental health and addiction treatment provider offering residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services for teens and adults — with programs available in-person and virtually throughout Connecticut.
We are one of the few treatment organizations in Connecticut licensed by the CT Department of Public Health at three levels of care: residential treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse services. Whether you’re seeking structured residential support, a flexible IOP that fits around work and family, or ongoing outpatient care, we can meet you exactly where you are — and walk alongside you through every step of recovery.
Our Women’s Residential Mental Health Program in Clinton, CT provides a safe, structured, and healing environment for women who need a higher level of support — accepting referrals from across Connecticut and beyond. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs serve both teens and adults struggling with mental health conditions, addiction, and dual-diagnosis, with in-person programs in Westport and a virtual adult mental health IOP available to anyone in Connecticut — no commute required. Our outpatient clinic in Westport offers wraparound psychiatric, therapy, and medication management services, all coordinated under one treatment team.
We’ve proudly served thousands of clients across the state, and our outcomes reflect the care we put into every one of them. In our most recent annual survey of nearly 1,200 patients: 99% felt their provider was competent and knowledgeable, 100% felt welcomed by our staff, and 91% reported meaningful improvement in their mental health and wellbeing.
In a 2025 survey conducted of nearly 1,200 clients who had received services over the previous 12 months at Elevate Health and Wellness, clients reported the following:
- 99% felt their provider was competent and knowledgeable
- 98% received helpful medication education by their prescriber (regarding what condition they were being treated for, potential side effects of the medication, and instructions on how to take the medication)
- 98% felt involved in creating their Individualized Treatment Plan to help achieve their desired goals
- 98% felt very comfortable talking openly about their issues and concerns with their psychiatrist and therapist
- 100% report feeling welcomed by friendly staff
- 98% felt that the effectiveness of services they received were good or excellent
- 93% of clients felt that medication management services they received were very effective
- 91% report an improvement in their mental health and wellbeing
- 84% of clients report improvement in their relationships with family members as a result of services they received

We are building a system where a teenager in crisis, a woman needing residential support, and an adult managing recovery can all find the right level of care under one trusted team.
