Intensive Outpatient Programs
FOR TEENS AND ADULTS STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) in Connecticut
Flexible, Insurance-Covered Treatment for Teens and Adults Struggling with Mental Health & Addiction
If you or someone you love is struggling with mental health challenges or substance use, intensive outpatient care may be the right level of support — without putting your life on hold.
At Elevate Health and Wellness in Westport, CT, our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) provide structured, clinically-supervised treatment for a few hours a day, a few days a week — so you can stay connected to work, school, and family while getting the focused care you need.
Each program meets 3 hours a day, 3 days per week, and includes intensive group therapy, individual support, and close monitoring by our Medical Director and licensed treatment team. Upon graduating from IOP, clients can continue care with their therapist on an individual basis — because recovery doesn’t end at discharge.
All programs are in-network with most major insurance plans. We currently offer three IOP tracks to meet you where you are:
- Adult Substance Use (Dual Diagnosis) IOP
- Adult Mental Health IOP
- Teen Mental Health IOP
