"I started as an intern at Elevate and was provided with numerous opportunities to shadow, attend in-service workshops, and apply what I was learning in school with clients. My internship then grew into a full time job opportunity upon graduation and I was provided with ample opportunities to build on and enhance my clinical skills. The team meets multiple times per week to discuss and collaborate on cases. Having med providers to work with in addition to the therapists was hugely beneficial to me triaging my more acute clients. Management provided me several opportunities to grow and expand my skillset in ways that I wanted to - even creating a position for me that did not exist before we worked together to create it for me. I’ve greatly enjoyed growing and refining my skills as a counselor at Elevate Health and Wellness.
