At Elevate Health and Wellness, our Virtual Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a higher level of mental health care for adults across Connecticut, all from the comfort and privacy of home.
Whether you’re in Westport, Fairfield County, or anywhere in CT, our program delivers expert, structured treatment without disrupting your daily life.
What is the virtual intensive outpatient program?
Our Virtual Adult IOP is designed for individuals who need more support, structure, and clinical guidance than traditional weekly therapy can provide, but who do not require inpatient or residential level of care.
Groups meet for three hours virtually on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm-7pm.

Finding it difficult to initiate or follow through with basic responsibilities such as work, school, or activities of daily living (ADLs) -
Experiencing worsening symptoms of depression, anxiety, or mood instability

Feeling stuck, withdrawn, or increasingly isolated
Pulling away from relationships, losing interest in activities, or struggling within your home environment or family dynamics -

Experiencing a noticeable decline in functioning
Including reduced productivity, difficulty maintaining routines, or a general sense that things are becoming harder to manage -
Not getting the results you need from current treatment
Including situations where therapy alone isn’t enough, or medications are not fully effective and additional support is needed -
Stepping down from a higher level of care
Such as inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization (PHP), or residential treatment, and needing continued structure and support -
Looking for structured, skills-based treatment
With practical tools you can apply in real time to improve emotional regulation, decision-making, and daily functioning -
Needing consistent support while maintaining daily responsibilities
Including work, school, parenting, or caregiving - without stepping away from your life
