Jaclyn Birn, APRN

Jaclyn is a nurse practitioner with 7 years of experience as a provider. She graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston with her Masters, after working as an RN in inpatient settings for many years. She has an undergraduate degree from Sacred Heart University and is currently pursuing her DNP.

Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in general medicine, surgery, and psychiatry. She is passionate about truly listening to and connecting with her patients, believing this to be a crucial aspect of her practice.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys visiting Manhattan, live music, art, DIY, and anything to do with her twins.
