Lauren is a skilled Nurse Practitioner with a specialized focus on treating depression, anxiety, and ADHD, with a particular passion for addressing ADHD in females. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Long Island University in 2019, building on her Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from Molloy College (2013) and Psychology from Long Island University (2007).

Lauren’s career began in Brooklyn, NY, where she worked in emergency medicine for seven years. This role provided her with a robust foundation in handling acute medical situations and a deep understanding of patient care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she pivoted to a role in a private practice in New York City, where she managed primary care alongside psychiatric medication management. This transition allowed her to refine her expertise in mental health treatment during a critical period.

In 2021, Lauren and her family relocated to Connecticut, where she joined the Elevate team. Her diverse background in emergency and mental health care equips her with a comprehensive approach to patient management and treatment.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys all things spooky, with Halloween being her favorite holiday. She is an avid fan of true crime and enjoys rewatching episodes of Seinfeld. She values her downtime, which she spends with her husband, their two children and their two black cats, Lydia and Stitch.
