Women’s Support Group – Virtual
Mondays 6:00pm – 7:00pm
This weekly support group will focus on building and sustaining women’s empowerment through exploration of self in a supportive group environment. The focus of the group will be include reflecting on relationships, self-esteem, personal values, stress management, and resilience in self. It offers an opportunity to engage with others who share similar experiences, fostering discussions around building a stronger sense of self, improving self-confidence, and nurturing personal growth. The group will meet weekly on Mondays at 6pm virtually and is open to women ages 18 and older.

Relapse Prevention Group – In Person
Mondays 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Fridays 1:00pm – 2:00pm

The relapse prevention group is a supportive space for adults facing alcohol and/or substance use disorders who want to strengthen their recovery journey. Our meetings focus on recognizing early warning signs of relapse, emphasizing self-care as a key element of a healthy recovery routine, and fostering mutual support and learning among members. Come and connect with others who understand and share your journey.

ADHD / Executive Functioning Skills Group – Virtual

This virtual group is a welcoming space for adults seeking to improve their executive functioning skills and achieve greater peace and balance in their daily lives. Together, we will explore practical strategies to help you organize your life more effectively and develop the tools needed to become the best version of yourself. Join us to connect, learn, and grow!

This support group is designed specifically for teens seeking to develop coping skills for everyday stressors. Join us to improve relationships and boost self-esteem and self-confidence in a supportive environment. Led by a clinician, we’ll use CBT and DBT techniques to provide you with practical strategies and tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Come connect with peers who understand what you’re going through!

The Connection Lab: Socializing & Networking through Gaming – In Person
Thursdays 5-6:30pm
This support group is designed specifically for emerging adults with social pragmatic tendencies. It offers a unique approach to enhancing socialization skills by creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for participants to explore their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and build social connections. By incorporating a variety of engaging activities, including improvisation, role-playing games, trading card games, video games, and tabletop games, the group fosters a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants will share their personal interests, bring activities to the group, and co-facilitate sessions on a rotating basis to increase communication skills, leadership initiative, comfort in public speaking and personal motivation. By immersing themselves in these imaginative worlds, participants learn to navigate the intricate dance of social interactions, fostering a sense of belonging and self-expression.
