Tracey Limone, LPCA
As a therapist, Tracey’s primary focus is to establish and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, understanding, and respect with each of her clients. She enjoys her work as a therapist immensely and is honored to support her clients as they work to accomplish their goals. Her personal life experiences and advocacy work, bring a unique perspective to counseling. Tracey’s work includes working with adolescents and adults across an assorted range of mental health disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Grief Disorders and co-occurring disorders related to chronic illness such as Lyme Disease. Tracey’s therapeutic techniques include Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and is recently trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Tracey values meeting the client where they are and providing a judgment free and safe space in session.
She holds a B.A. from the American College of London and graduated from Fairfield University with an M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
In her free time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her three children, playing tennis and traveling.
