Intensive Outpatient Programs
FOR TEENS AND ADULTS STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a part-time day treatment program that provides many of the same treatments and therapies as inpatient care with the added benefit of being for only a few hours a day for a few days each week. Not to be confused with a residential treatment center, an IOP allows the most freedom and flexibility for clients.
Each IOP program meets for 3 hours a day, 3 days per week; during which time you will be able to tend to family, work and school responsibilities outside of the group sessions. In addition to intensive group therapy, clients are closely monitored by our Medical Director and Treatment Team of therapists.
The best part? Upon graduation from IOP, clients are able to continue working with their treatment team on an individual basis! All services are in-network with Insurance.

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is specific to teens struggling with a variety of mental health conditions. We commonly treat depression, anxiety, feelings of low self-worth, self-harming behaviors as well as suicidal ideation. These teens may or may not be struggling with substance misuse, but they will receive psychoeducation and be provided supports necessary to equip them to make healthier alternative choices. Clients are able to maintain attendance at school while attending the IOP in the late afternoon hours, limiting the disruption to their academic and social life. Simultaneously, parents will receive support as well through our Parenting Education Group which meets weekly.
