Meet the Team
Katherine Fallon, LMSW
Katherine Fallon, LMSW, works closely with adolescents and young adults, offering both individual and group therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. She also serves as the Adult Virtual IOP Team Lead, where she helps guide the program and regularly facilitates IOP groups. In addition, she is trained in administering the Quantified Behavioral Test (QbTest), an evidence-based ADHD assessment that supports thoughtful and individualized treatment planning.
Earlier in her career, Katherine gained experience providing in-home therapy focused on stabilization, as well as working in a residential therapeutic school where she emphasized trauma-informed care. She is passionate about using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College, with a focus on children, youth, and families. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, writing poetry, and spending time with friends, interests that reflect her holistic and balanced approach to wellness.
