Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time or full-time Clinical Therapist to provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. The role is a hybrid position with a combination of in-person and virtual work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to run our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) one day per week, and use the remaining time to provide individual therapy, work on treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run IOP: Facilitate one day per week of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), working with clients in a structured, supportive setting.
- Individual Therapy: Provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health and addiction issues.
- Collaborative Treatment: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure quality care.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records using TherapyNotes. Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation as necessary.
- Fully licensed in Connecticut as an LPC or LCSW, in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
- Available for a minimum of 24 hours per week (part-time), or 40 hours per week (full-time).
- Strong clinical skills in mental health and substance use treatment, with experience providing individual and group counseling.
- Ability to run IOP and work with a team of professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Passion for helping clients achieve long-term mental health and recovery goals.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a desire to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Part-Time, up to 32 hours
We are currently looking for a full time Office Assistant to join our busy outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, organized and assist the team with:
- Answering phones
- Greeting and directing clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Assist with billing
- Conduct initial phone intakes
- Contacting specialty pharmacies
- Various clinical and administrative tasks
An upbeat, positive attitude and strong communication skills are a must. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, follow through on tasks, and maintaining attention to detail are also very important. Prior experience a plus!!
